We’re Hiring: Part-time Drop-in Cleaner

This is an in-person position for 15 hours per week. The Drop-in Cleaner will help maintain the cleanliness of the centre which supports community members in Weston and Mount Dennis.

Location: 2017 Weston Road, Toronto
Hours: 15 hours per week

Rate of Pay: $20/per hour

Schedule:

Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(Shifts subject to change based on organizational needs)

We’re Hiring: Kitchen Worker/Cook

We are seeking a Kitchen Worker/Cook to support the planning, preparation, and distribution of daily meals for our Drop-in Meal Program. Working under the supervision of the Food Program Manager/Chef, you will help prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, guide volunteers, and ensure all kitchen operations comply with Toronto Public Health and Food Handling Standards.

We are looking for someone with experience in food preparation or large-batch cooking, strong teamwork and communication skills, and a solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a drop-in centre, shelter, or community kitchen and a Toronto Public Health Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) are strong assets.

Location: 2017 Weston Road, Toronto

Hours: 22 hours per week
